      Health Benefits and 2 weeks (40 hours) vacation after 1 year.

      Cons

      No bonus No raises No 401K company contribution Not easy at all to get a promotion No sick time (PTO accrued) Poor management Poor communication

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      Cons

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
