      Pros

      No choice - they are now a subcontractor in Lockheed Martin's recently awarded Antarctic Support Contract.

      Cons

      Terribly prepared to transition into Antarctic contract. Embarrassing to be a hiring manager and have to apologize to my employees over and over and over for the lack of professionalism and expertise coming from their new boss.

      fast paced work environment with friendly staff

      Cons

      the days were very unpredictable . somedays i would sit days and other days i would see a client once an hour.

      - no overtime - calm environment

      Cons

      - can be really hard for someone that is not used to working in a place without daylight. - job is doable, but is very repetitive.
