Pros

“Excellent work-life EXPERIENCE with top-notch CLIENTS & ARCHITECTS. The management team really seems to care about their employees. There are endless opportunities to explore the European products in the field of architectural. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. “Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Working in any Sales company you have to meet the strict goals ( targets ). Your salary may depend on your volume of sales. Meetings with clients can be held any day in the week which as a professional sale person cannot avoid.

Pros

1- One of the primary important thing we work for is salary, which the company is generous and paid on time ! 2- If you are a learner then you are in for a experience gain that no school or university will teach you, Mr Roopesh Gupta {BOSS} is more of a mentor then a boss. all one need to do is walk in to his cabin(btw door is always open so you literally walk in!) and ask "Sir need your help" and let that be boss or any Head from management they are ready and willing to find you a solution at anytime. 3- Random Parties are routine to boost the morale and bonding where be it management or any member from the company participate equally to make the most out of the fun exercises we have. 5- We rightly say its a 1 stop solution for all the architectural needs and as a employee we have a one stop HR Rupa for any grievances or requests she takes utmost care with being primarily a bridge between us and the management.

Cons

1- No paid leaves for the first whole year, this definitely needs to be worked on 2- There is kinda disparity in terms of seniors and juniors, in almost all the departments which should be done away with. 3- Working hours and overtime is something to be considered keeping in mind the employee to help us achieve work & personal life balance to certain extend. And honestly am trying but couldn't figure out more cons, will keep it posted as and when there is something legit to share
