The method is great and is actually making a difference in people’s lives.
Cons
Leadership has a hiring problem. They will hire and fire with no remorse, under the guise of “growing pains”. They preach that we can’t dwell on the past and must look forward, but it’s hard to look forward when the people you enjoyed working with are getting let go left and right. There’s no such thing as loyalty and no one is spared - even the most dedicated and passionate employees are being let go. Morale is low, everyone is unhappy underneath the surface, and the future of the company looks bleak.
