Pros

Ozmo is one of those rare companies that actually walks the walk when it comes to taking care of its people. It’s not flashy or fast-paced in a "hyper-growth" kind of way, but that's part of what makes it great. A few things that stand out: Pay and benefits are really solid and there is transparency in how compensation decisions are made. The benefits are some of the best I’ve seen—things like floating holidays, paid sabbaticals, great healthcare, mental health support, even perks for pets. It’s clear they’ve put real thought into what people need. We are a smaller company so you get to work on stuff that actually matters and see the impact. You’re trusted to do your job well, and there’s a good balance of autonomy and support. The culture feels safe and supportive. Feedback is welcomed here, and there’s no pressure to be perfect. People are open, curious, and always willing to help. It’s a really respectful, low-ego environment. Everyone brings their own flavor of nerdy, which makes for a fun, thoughtful, and curious team to be part of. One of the highlights is Ozmosis—a weekly peer-to-peer learning session where anyone can share something they're passionate about. It’s one of the most loved meetings on the calendar. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and grounded. They openly share what’s happening in the business, from wins to challenges, and prioritize helping the team build real financial and business acumen. There’s a strong focus on learning and preparing people for what’s ahead, especially with AI.

Cons

While the flexibility of remote work is awesome, I would love to see more chances for casual, real-time connection—whether that’s more company offsites or just regular face time for teams.
