Table tennis and carrom board is there for playing purposes during lunch time or after office hours.
Cons
-Micro management to the most extreme level. -No respect for women, women are hired there for entry level roles, for eye candy, so that men do not leave the jobs. There are no women in senior roles, and just 1 in whole buyer team. So you can understand the culture. -Lack of washrooms, just 2 washroom for 80-90 men. -Zero learning curve -Zero growth
