Pros

Searching, but nothing feels real,

Cons

I worked here for about a year and my experience was very disappointing. The management, especially the CEO, has extremely unrealistic expectations. Complex 3D models that normally take weeks were expected to be delivered within a day or two. There is no understanding of the actual creative process, and anyone who tries to explain is targeted instead of being heard. Salary is also a big issue here. First, there is a 15-day provision period, and then salaries are delayed till the 15th of the next month. This means employees are always one month behind, which creates unnecessary financial stress. On top of that, there are no proper holidays or festival leaves. Even when a project is saved or delivered successfully, there is no appreciation, no motivation, and definitely no rewards. The overall work culture is toxic, and many talented employees have already left due to these issues. I also resigned after realizing that this environment only drains creativity instead of encouraging it.

Pros

I tried really hard to list a pro here but can't think of anything. There is so much toxicity here that maybe you will gain some toxicity resistance and character strength. That might be the only pro point at the cost of your sanity.

Cons

*salary delays. people get paid here after 50 days. sometimes the salary is on hold for 2-3 months if they don't like you/ had a dispute. *micromanagement *no documentation like payment slips/ offer letter / contracts / *petty psychological games *miscommunication all the time. also no manners on civil dialogue & behavior. *you will be bounced off the holy trinity of HR>Founder>CEO to resolve anything. Ping pong ball going through each of them two three times to get anything sorted. *people here visit the company more than one year after they left and knock on company's door to collect their salary (true story of a senior guy who worked there/ no exaggeration) *people leave this org every 2-3 months and nobody who left this headache factory left on good terms, everyone has had a dispute. *you will be blamed for everything *squeezing the last drop of lemon juice out of you is this company's objective *work life balance? doesn't exist in company's dictionary. The cons are endless. Join this company if you want to test your inner strength and willpower in handling toxicity.
