The company changed in my time there, lots of virtue signalling, nobody really cared or had a passion for people to do well in my opinion. No real structure, don’t care about the customers or their experience. Nobody understands the word empathy and I feel that trickles down into the customer experience. Everything is a tickbox exercise there, nobody cares until there is an injury or major incident. Breaks often missed, went many many shifts without a break.
