      Hardworking officers, can do attitude, and generally some of the best trained L.E.O.'s in the county.

      Cons

      Poor vehicles/equipment, NewWorld software was a solution in search of a problem. Biggest drawback is lack of leadership and lack of confidence in a lot of sergeants, most commanders and almost all the chiefs.

      Very polticial, senior management (chiefs and commanders) care more about public perception than own people.
