Friendly franchise to work for Everybody TRUELY stands behind their work and their products in this company which makes it easy to say I believe their products work better than most anything out there Insane amounts of overtime offered. My check had 58 regular hours and 78 overtime because of a couple overnight jobs I did... Work as many hours as you feel comfortable Company vehicle (mine came with seatwarmers and great speakers) There's tons of opportunities outside of your regular pay to earn extra/such as upselling extra services, tips from generous customers (almost everyone tips 10-40$ unless they are really poor or you did a bad job) getting the franchise 10 Google review gets you an extra 8 hours on your paycheck or a paid day off the following month You can move up in pay slightly by doing your job correctly and showing initiative.

Feels like we could grow a lot bigger a lot quicker with a proper sales staff and more technicians.
