Pros
They have a good 401k plan and medical. They have a lot of hours currently available and get a lot of work coming through the shop.
Cons
New ownership has led to a lot of changes. Having guys work 7 days a week at times because making promises to customers that are not even a possibility. Pushing good managers out of the door because they have their own ideas and they are "never wrong"
