      Pros

      The people are very friendly and also very smart. Your accomplishments will be recognized by the entire company. Hours are flexible.

      Cons

      Sometimes when a project is approaching a particular deadline, employees are asked to work extra hours and sometimes over the weekend. These efforts are always praised, though.
