      Decent pay, and my manager was actually great

      Cons

      Hard to reach departments when you need help. Fired me when I got covid through email that I didn't even see until I was no longer bed ridden.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
