      Flexibility of daily schedule, remote work, manager is easy to work with, programs are all easy to learn and use

      Cons

      The pay is minimal, as a part time employee there are no benefits, pay is $3 an hour less than a full time employee in the same position

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
