      Flexible schedule, Good Training and Support

      Cons

      Many billing restrictions due to client pressure on OLSI (many audits are limited to an hour even though much more than that went into scheduling, driving and performing actual audit). Route can be a large radius as a new hire.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
