Pros

The work they do is absolutely amazing, innovative and very creative

Cons

They promise so much and give so little. They do not acknowledge good work, they do not offer constructive criticism, the work environment is toxic. They expect you to stay late but do not pay overtime. They expect the job to be your entire life, but do not wish to compensate for it or reward their employees.

Pros

The best part about working for this company is they give you a lot of freedom to design. They appreciate good work and pay very close attention to detail. The team as a whole is very creative and a pleasure to work with. The boss, even though he is very busy at times gives as much attention as he can. They have the most amazing resource library makes it very easy to work. They also do a lot of work group activities to help everyone get to know each other and enjoy their environment.

Cons

I think a better position to join this company would be junior or senior designer. I’m not sure they have the manpower to train anyone from scratch. The workload is a lot, but the projects are amazing if you can see them through till the end.

Pros

You really receive an in-depth intro into the firm. I felt very prepared for my role stepping in and working with a collaborative team really made starting here easy. I appreciate most how dynamic the workspace feels, there's always room to connect not only with everyone in the team but also working directly with principle, Jack Ovadia. The energy is always really great, team events, meetings, presentations, and outings are exciting and allow for new creativity and inspiration.

Cons

Really just the commute at times to the office or site-visits are the main con I can imagine. But I will have to say site-visits are also my favorite part of the role. It keeps my job exciting and on the move.
