I have loved working for 280blue. Kim is an excellent leader, has compassion for her employees, understands and wants a work/life balance, and cares deeply about our health during this pandemic. We get to work with interesting companies, and we are growing and evolving.

Working for 280blue has been extremely rewarding. Great culture, with an appreciation for humor, and plenty of room to learn and advance. I like that there’s a good mix of both autonomous and collaborative work -- I’m able to take ownership of the work I do, as well as sync with my team multiple times throughout the week. You can tell that management truly cares about the well-being of employees – work/life balance is a real positive here, and I think employees are able to experience that because of how supportive the team is. Also, openness to new ideas is always welcomed, which is something I value and appreciate in my daily role. If you’re passionate about what you do and you are no stranger to working hard, this place is ideal.
