Pros
Flexible hours. You can work whatever hours you want to work. If you want to work 20 hours one week and more or less the next you can
Cons
First, in my case they told me it would be $8.38/ an hour training pay, then $9 an hour after two weeks. Wasn't true. In fact, even to reach $8.50 an hour to have to collect $65 an hour, work at least 16 hours a week for four weeks which even for the best collectors is hard to reach. One manager works well with you to reach your goal or at least make enough to keep you from being sent home. The other, has favorites and sticks to one campaign whether you're doing ok or not. Seemed lazy as well. Very condescending. You also find out that its not non-profit so if someone wants to donate less than $10 (at least while I was there) we can't accept it. Also, be prepared to get cursed at by callers often. I ended up walking out without even a job.
