      Lots of nice product to sell, fun work environment, good support from Management team. Compensation plan is industry-standard. Professional environment.

      Cons

      Long hours, but that is part of sales. You get out what time you put into it.

      Pros

      It is a family environment and you feel it. Everyone is helpful and looks out for each other. We have a beautiful facility and fun work environment!

      Cons

      Only thing I could think of is no direct deposit but it's no worry for me!

      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work here. The owner will rip you off and you will not get paid what is owed to you.

      Cons

      No pay plan in writing, no commission sheets, they will rob you of your time and not compensate you for it.
