- Many very talented and friendly people work here - Some good social activities - Local area is nice
Cons
- A lot of confusingly bad business and development decisions are being made by management; it is having a tangible effect on the company's success and working practices - There is not a lot of opportunity for career or skills growth - Skills development schemes seem very superficial; it doesn't feel as though there is much substance to them - Communication is very poor; decisions are often changed frequently and at last minute; many people involved in decisions appear unaware of what is going on; most communication seems to be through word-of-mouth amongst workers rather than through official channels from the people responsible for decisions - There are "yes men" in management roles; people who do not challenge practices or decisions regardles of how questionable they are - There is a very real atmosphere of awareness of and contempt for bad practices, but this hasn't been addressed by management
