Training was great. Management was very helpful

They had alot of seasonal work. It was difficult to get hired on for a full time position

I can't really think of any. Some of the people are friendly but most couldn't assist a paper bag

Most everything, everything is changing at rapid pace and none of it is good. They're hire anyone without technical knowledge so clients don't get great help. They have an intake queue that just takes a call and escalates the issue. Clients leaving in droves.
