Pros

Community - This is a fantastic group of humans. Positivity and enthusiasm are present everyday. Ownership and Feedback - Leadership, even all the way to the top, is open to changes and improvements. If something can be done better voice it and it is actually listened too. Benefits - gracious benefits for full time employees Growth - This is a fast paced company people getting promoted in months not years. Success is celebrated and recognized. Support - A lot goes into providing the right training tools and motivation to be successful. Leadership is involved but doesn't micro manage.

Cons

It's a sales role (if applicable) - Directly speaking, not for everyone. Most of what our SDRs do is cold call all day long. And they are wonderful at it. We put a ton into training and development but at the end of the day it's up to you to make your future bright. Fast pace - Definite start up mindset. Amazing to be a part of but can feel overwhelming to the wrong fit. High expectations - this is NOT an environment for the work from home make 50/dials a day people. But the growth potential here is phenomenal.
