There are many pointing few:
1. No work life Balance.
2. Poor management giving fake promises, they pretend to be smart but knows nothing.
3. Director pin points and pokes so much with everyone giving them no space to breathe.
4. There is no Bonuses, incentives given which are promised at the time of recruitment.
5. Poor Training, no process and procedures in place, rather employees feel left out.
6. No help given to any employee at this Covid crisis.
7. People work only for money as there is no growth, few Senior managers are in the good books of the Director and which is why he is Biased.
8. Management pretend to show that the company is a MNC where as there is no benefit, compensation and trainings given.
9. whenever employees wish to leave and join the other employer, he/she is threatened by the management that they will give negative review/ Feedback.
