      Pros

      Spent 5+ years at OutSystems, saw them grow from 400 people to the 3000+ multinational they are now. It's been a great company to work for and grow with.

      Cons

      'American' style of management, many Portuguese leaders were replaced by American counterparts, changing the DNA of the company.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
