      Innovative company that is truly unlike any other, great communication leading up to and throughout events, competitive pay, they take care of their own, their events are really fun to work, everyone is very welcoming and passionate about what they do, and you can learn a lot from the team at OutCold

      Pros

      I love how fun its to work at Outcold. I love how everyone's personality makes this company stand out from the rest. I found a family working here. They have the most interesting vehicles, and come up with the best events, you can tell that they pour their hearts out in everything they do. They take care of their employees, and the office staff its super high energy and always excited to see you.

      Cons

      no cons, but if any issues arise I know I can always speak to someone to get it fix.
