Pros
It's definitely a good place for a technician moving from another dealership. They tend to treat newcomers better than those who have been there for 10-20 years.
Cons
Back to the pro, it is definitely a double-edged sword, as the longer you work there, the more likely they are to force you to do jobs or fill positions you don't agree with, and they will always take at least a month to figure out how they are going to pay you. It now being corporate, makes it extremely difficult to get anything done around the building and upkeep.
