Below average pay Senior Leadership Team lack accountability Disengagement between the Board and entry-level/mid-level staff members. People who have worked with the CEO from the start of her tenure to now (roughly 20 years) all say the same thing: While she does a decent job intellectually in her role, she seriously lacks the emotional leadership skills to maintain mid-level and entry-level staff. She bullies staff members that she doesn’t like, challenges her ideas, or deems incompetent and she will continue to do so unless the Board is open to getting anonymous feedback from staff members who are not at the senior level.
