Pros
I've been with the company for a year and a half now and have truly enjoyed my time here. I've never felt so supported in a role before leadership is consistently present, approachable, and genuinely invested in both staff well-being and professional growth. Since this is still a smaller ABA company, there's a strong sense of community and a lot of opportunity for advancement. I’ve personally experienced growth within my role, and it’s clear the company values internal development. The clinical supervisors and BCBAs are not only highly knowledgeable in the field, but they also demonstrate a deep level of compassion and empathy, not just for the children and families we serve, but for the staff as well. It’s incredibly motivating to work alongside professionals who are truly passionate about what they do. If you're looking for a company that values collaboration, professional development, and high-quality care, this is a great place to be.
Cons
My only con is that they need to increase there benefits.
