School Holidays & job security & for people who are off ill a lot, sick pay.
Cons
Too many managers & not enough staff.
Poor communication.
Unfair pay scale. As minimum wage goes up other levels of pay remain the same meaning the gap is closing & chefs & supervisors are not paid much more than assistants.
Too much in house promotions of people who lack experience & skills through unfair interviews rather than promoting people through merit. If you're a worker, the more you do the more you're expected to do until you reach breaking point where as if you do the bare minimum you'll be looked after and pampered to.
