Pros
Clean modern building and you always get paid on time......that’s about it though!
Cons
They pay well below the market average, with zero chance for good increases once you’re through the door, yet they expect a lot from you for their money! You will constantly be given ‘projects’ to do (on top of your normal work) which you will not be rewarded for. The management at this office are only out for themselves, and wouldn’t hold similar positions elsewhere; they’ve only got there here because they’ve been with the business so long and it would be a struggle to arrract outsiders due to the low salaries they pay. Finally, Otometrics is now owned by an American business (Natus) that’s struggling to grow and make money itself, so investment is practically non-existent at the Brackley site and it’s a struggle to get even the most basic of equipment signed off (eg stantionary and IT peripherals).
