Pros

None are there to mention. Worst company. Only some people are managerial level were supportive.

Cons

I worked there for 2 months as in first 45 days I realized that they don't value their customer queries, complaints or feedback. No process improvement even after continuous same complaints for customers. Staff are hired underpaid and made to work for more than 10 hours-6 days a week. They didn't even follow their own internal policies made. If an employee uses their personal laptop for official use then company should remunerate them Rs.800-1500 based on their laptop configuration . I was supposed to be remunerated Rs.3000 in total, which I haven't received till date (4 months from the date of posting this review). I even emailed the CEO of the company 2 times and never have I received any revert on that. Nor I was provided Experience Letter and salary slips as I served a notice period of 15 days. They don't value their customers as well as employees. I advise to everyone reading this to never join such an unprofessional company.
