Everyone I've worked with and continue to work with, consistently demonstrate a tremendous and tangible drive and commitment to each other and to upholding our values. Also, leadership is eager to engage and provide support daily. Additional pros include innovating features and functionality that don't exist anywhere else! Our teams and the work we do is dynamic and exciting. As someone who comes from a non-profit background, it was the cherry on top to hear the organizations founding principles of being a mission corporation and a part of pledge 1%. To that end, they match charitable giving, so I'm able to multiply my impact to groups dear to my heart.

We're a small shop so wearing many hats comes with the territory, It then becomes important to practice good prioritization methods to avoid burnout. Although every job has it's cons, the most prevalent for me is not always getting to everything I want to get to do and to exert considerable effort to maintain a balance/harmony of existing backlogs while being both reactive and proactive to partner and client needs. That said, the support of the leadership team works to mitigate this con.
