Pros
Not much ever since company switch ...
Cons
Several issues here.... Management sucks and if you go above your general manager because you’re unsatisfied of how they handled the situation, you get in trouble. Sometimes they watch your every move and annoy you by not letting you do your job because of interfering so much. Terrible training with the new company (since July), mostly everything you “learn” is by modules now and rarely the hands on experience. So just be aware that training sucks, it’s either you learn it once or you figure it out on your own because clearly the staff I worked with acted like it’s was a bother for them when you ask for help or to help teach you something (no team players here). Forget about advancement, I was with the company for some good amount of time, and if you are a person who would like to learn more than your role, such as “teching” forget it! One thing I’ve learned while being on this job is... don’t let anyone put you down or overlook you just because you don’t have the “credentials” and make you feel replaceable and treat you like trash. Overall, company is obviously retail orientated, so if store doesn’t make goal, they’ll be down your neck and will make you pretty much harass patients to schedule appointments and sometimes a leave them them thousands of voicemails (exaggerating, but not really).
