No doubt salary is on time. Appreciate it.

Harassment from senior employees. CEO is good but nothing is in his hand because he stays out of India. Work life balance - zero. I don't know who has given review as work-life balance is there, you will know it and face it in few days. Mental pressure is more. No proper training. Be ready to get terminated anytime. No prior notice. A lot of partiality. 1000 percent politics. Be cunning but stay smiling in office premises and should go behind your team leads then your in favour. Otherwise, be ready for temination. Only guys can get job after getting experience from Ospro beause they can work for night shift or mid shift. Girls, I doubt after going out of ospro they might not get jobs because listening the name of osprosys your resume is shortlisted but getting through interview might be very dififcult.
