      Good pay for the business segments Good benefits for medical, dental, and 401K plans Good locations through out the fox valley to work and live

      Defense sector is very cyclic HR department lacks desire to move perspective laid of staff to other business segments Most of the focus is on production and not supporting the life cycle of the vehicle

      Competitive pay I was placed with a great team Got to do actual engineering work and got great experience Let me explore the things that interested me Fun outside of work activities (intern events and frisbee) Awesome boss!

      30 commute to work from where they housed you Did not enjoy living in Appleton, but that's personal preference

      Senior IT leadership is completely detached from their employees and partially detached from reality. Constantly making changes that make your job more difficult, without benefitting anyone or any aspect of the business.
