Pros

Remote Work is whats attractive.

Cons

The CEO and Senior Leadership are a joke. They don't know how to lead and control a team, especially the CEO. People are burdened with more work as they do not want to hire. Burned out feeling. Development never comes through on their promises, which leads to customers churning. The software is incomplete look elsewhere for a WMS software.

remote work is the only pro.

Cons

100% corporate culture. Senior leadership is incredibly bad including the HR, C suites, and senior managers. They somehow promote AI in their system, but there is no AI and nobody truly understand it either. Bad benefits, they don't care about the employees.

Cons

They expect you to work 24/5, and if you're in a senior role — 24/7. Salary and conditions depend more on how well you negotiate than on your actual skills. There’s no appreciation for employees. There was no improvement in work conditions over time, even if this in the contract. if u don't demend and negotiate - you'll not get it. No hybrid work — on-site only. Even if you need just one hour off, they prefer you take a full sick day. Management is poor — it starts with mismanaging tasks and ends with ignoring employees’ needs. Not a place for long-term employment. Many employees left due to ongoing salary and financial issues.
