- Spoke about performance-based bonus at interview and in contract... and then was never mentioned again in my time there. There should be meetings and tracking to discuss status of bonus even if not obtained, not just head-in-the-sand and hope no-one mentions it. - C-suite can be really micromanaging. I think it holds the company back from expansion, as they don't give management full autonomy to do the jobs they are specialised in. - High turnover (probably due to the above)
