Good people, great products, missing link between upper level management and the rest of us. - Manager - Orthobiologics Orthofix Employee Review

After merger and new management/regime change it seems like there is a disconnect between upper level management and rest of the organization. Old leadership was much better at conveying a unified goal/direction/etc. Seems like new management is getting their footing still and seems to be doing their own thing well the rest of the departments/teams are just bopping along without clear direction/motivation. Left company due to lack of future direction/advancement opportunity.
