Pros
-Hybrid for support center employees so you're only in office 2 days a week
-A lot of friendly people
-IT is pretty good
-Office and office building are both nice
Cons
-Not a lot of room for growth; management always seems to go outside of the company to fill roles instead of promoting from within
-Benefits are pretty bad
-Executives all work remote so you rarely see them, and I think that creates a disconnect between them and the rest of the workforce
-The office space is nice, but it's way too big. Maybe 25% of the desks are filled and management segregates the employees by department so you can have weird things where one person sits in an area with 20 desks by themselves, while another section has 10 of 20 desks filled.
-No new acquisitions right now buying practices because the shareholders are trying to sell the company
