Good work life balance. No major red tape to get things done. Competent management

Did not like the benefits package

Minimal micromanaging from management. Decent benefit package.

Raises only based on cost of living, very challenging to receive merit based due to tying it to billing. Challenges with managing insurance companies. Some of the doctors can be dismissive of PT.
