Great clients, interesting and challenging work, colleagues who I truly enjoy working with, and a lot of autonomy to develop my practice at my own pace and timeline. I appreciate that they don't force us all into the same trajectory or mold.

Sometimes the hours get crazy, but I think that's par for the course in litigation, and the hours never seem as bad as what my counterparts are dealing with.

Friendly and supportive coworkers. Good learning experience for beginners.

The people I worked with were the best part of the job, but poor leadership and constant staffing issues made the experience frustrating. Expectations were often unclear, and employees were expected to take on extra responsibilities without adequate support. I would not recommend it to those seeking a stable and supportive work environment.
