None. This company hires people that know nothing about their equipment and immediately targets them with EVIL manual handling abuse. They target an apprentice fitter, qualified fitter or even a new supervisor. Basically they target anyone who has no value to them.
Cons
While working for ORORA beverages Revesby, Sydney, Australia in a fulltime capacity i prepared a report on managements abusive practice and sent it to SAFE Work NSW. Then i got a Safe Work NSW inspector to visit the site and demand to see the task i had in the report. The Safe Work Inspector directed the company to immediately change their methods. This abuse had being going on for years at the plant where vulnerable employees were singles out for ORORA's manual handling abuse. It was a conveyor of evil abuse.
