Pros
I was given skill sets I didn't have when I first started. This company focuses on helping every employee learn more than just what they applied for initially. I was juggling school, a new baby, and a part time job with OrionClick. Not only was the company very understanding with my situation but they agreed to having me from full-time to part-time so I wouldn't fall behind in school. Not a lot of companies are understanding or involved with their employees. Everyone is very personable and helpful. I ended up working for OrionClick for 8 months and learned a lot! I was able to pick-up on Excel while working there which helped me with one of my classes. Sadly I had to leave because it's my last year of school and I need to give it my full attention. I do plan on going back to work and will definitely be contacting the hiring manager.
Cons
I wish they were open 24 hours a day so I could work a graveyard shift. Not really a con.
