      Non at all the management do not know how to deal with mental illness

      Cons

      Its a really bad company to work they do not help you if you are ill they just want profit even if you are struggling with personal issues

      Pros

      Great range and some good colleagues. Most of the directors have been lovely except one (HB). Amazing HR department.

      Cons

      Pay, progression, training, lack of transparency and hard to reach someone if assistance is required.
