      Good work life balance pay best amongst other industry players Work culture is good and some of the teams are really best to work in freedom of thoughts in some of the teams give you the courage to explore more

      Cons

      Hierarchy never dies out new talent keep on slogging till the end and even after attaining a rank in organization, do not have a decision making. One on the top will always remain on top and junior resources cannot be upgraded to that stature ever.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from the organisation cross functionally over the passage of time . There is a lot to learn from the organization and colleague.

      Cons

      You will get most of the benefit if you are an HOD and amongst the employees who are there since early 2000.80 % of financial benefits are being gievn to 5% of employee (HOD) .
