-predatory management style. WIll put you on PIP just because they can -Will not provide measurable outcome for PIP -Supervisor did not even read the report I sent (because he asked for details that were in the report if he reads it) and gave a negative feedback on that task for the PIP. -I was told that I got the laid off but turned out they put the reason as "performance" which was not judge fairly and objectively. HR rep said that I cannot asked to be judge objectively because my supervisor is only "human"? that is a violation of labor law.
