      Pros

      Global company - good exposure to global teams, virtual teams. Barbecue every Friday. Good work-life balance with importance given to family time as well as office time.

      Cons

      Has had difficulty in stabilization since the new CEO has taken over. Also, the downturn in the mining industry has not helped matters much. With profits declining, there is a lot of cost cutting.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
