Additionally, the internship program is structured as a full-time role but remains unpaid. Interns are expected to work standard full-time hours and take on responsibilities comparable to regular employees. While the experience can be educational, expecting full-time labor without compensation can place a significant financial burden on interns and feels inequitable.
