Market changes in reimbursement and now publicly traded and stacking people on top of each other in markets with shifting accounts to associate position to lower costs are forcing tightening belts in compensation and beginning to see jobs cuts in established sales people who don’t meet aggressive dollar per day sales in saturated territories.
