The upper management must have worked in the fast food industry before coming here, because their lack of sales knowledge and management is evident. They micromanage, but they only look at numbers and not you as a rep or person or evaluate your territory. They have no clue what is going on in the field, because they don’t even come into the field. Even though the company has only about 25 sales reps, you really are just another number. They make decisions without consulting the field, and they make promises they couldn’t keep. What they say goes, and if you try to tell them they are wrong good luck. Forget a bonus, the bonus payout is not fair for all reps in the company. Bottom line, spare yourself from wasting a year of your life at this company.
